1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
3 ripe bananas
2 beaten eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream shortening and add sugar. Add beaten eggs. Mash bananas and mix well. Add in flour and baking soda. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for about 1 hour. Test with a toothpick.
