1 ½ lbs fresh green beans cut in 1” piece
2/3 cup olive oil
14 dried dill weed
1/3 cup white vinegar
½ tsp minced garlic
¼ tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup diced red onion
1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beans in boiling water 4 minutes, drain and rinse in cold water to stop cooking. Drain and pat dry.
Whisk in a small bowl oil, dill weed, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper. Put beans in a shallow serving bowl. Sprinkle with pecans, onion and feta. Toss with dressing before serving.
