1 lb. cubed pork, cubed veal or lean ground beef
3 T. flour (not required if using ground meat.)
2 T. oil
1-1/2 c. sliced celery
2 onions, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of water (use the soup can)
2 to 3 T. soy sauce
1/2 c. uncooked rice

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Flour cubed meat (DO NOT USE FLOUR FOR GROUND MEAT). Place in skillet and brown in oil, drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a 2 qt. baking dish. Bake 1-1/2 hours. Yield: 6 servings.

Leftover turkey or chicken can also be used. For a large family, use 1-1/2 recipes and partially cook onions and celery in the oil before adding soup and rice, then it will take only 1 hour to cook.
