1 - 12 oz bag of butter flavored popped popcorn
2 sticks butter (can only be butter)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup light Karo syrup
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil butter, brown sugar, and syrup, boil for 2 min. Remove from stove and add 1 tsp baking soda (will foam up) Pour over popcorn in a large roaster, stirring well. Bake 250º ; 45-50 min. Stirring every 10 min. Pour onto waxed paper to cool and break up clumps.
