4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add salt and milk. Stir in flour to thich consistency. Fill large kettle 2/3 full of water and 1 tsp. salt. Bring to boil. Dip 1 teaspoonful of batter into boiling water, then drop batter 1/2 teaspoon at a time into kettle. Cover and turn heat down. Simmer about 15 minutes. Drain well. Brown butter in pan and pour over all.
