3-4lb Pork butt
1.5 Cups ginger ale
2 Large Onions
2-4 Cloves of garlic
1 Bottle of Sweet Baby Rays Bbq Sauce
1 Package of dry Pork Rub
8 Toasted Whole Wheat Buns

Directions:
Directions:
Rub pork with dry rub, put in fridge overnight.
Cut onions into slices
Place half the onions on the bottom of the crock pot
Place half of the chopped garlic into the bottom of the crock pot
Put the pork butt into crockpot
Top with remaining onions and Garlic
Add Ginger Ale
Cook for 10-12 hours on Low in Crock Pot
Remove Pork butt
Strain ginger Ale out of crock pot, saving onions and garlic
Pour in HALF the bottle of bbq sauce & return onions and garlic into crock pot
Pull apart pork butt on plate, throwing away bone/fat
Return pulled pork butt into crock pot
Pour on remaining bbq sauce
Cook on Low for 2-3 hours
Serve on a toasted Whole Weat Bulkie Roll
