1 1/2 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. dried dill weed
2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
2 T. dried parsley
1/4 c. finely minced sweet red onion
1 round loaf of rye bread

Directions:
Directions:
In a large lidded bowl, mix the mayo, sour cream, herbs, seasonings, and onions together using an electric hand mixer. Cover the bowl and let set overnight in the refrigerator.

Just before ready to serve, tear out the middle of the loaf of bread leaving a "serving bowl" of bread. Remove the dip from the refrigerator, and stir it a couple of times. With a rubber spatula, put the dip in the bread bowl and set it in the middle of a pretty serving plate (a cake plate works great). Arrange bite-size pieces of bread around the edge of the tray. You also can use fresh vegetables available for dipping as well.
