Soup Bones sold at all stores
1 lb good chuck beef
1 large can tomato juice
1 can of diced tomatoes.
cook slowly over medium heat.
at least 2 T of Beef Bullion or Beef broth
1 large onion quarter
4 carrots peeled, and cut into round
3 celery stalks cut into size 1/2 pieces
4 large potatoes. Diced
2 Cups of shredded cabbage
Add carrots. celery, onion, cook until tender. add cabbage and one large bag of mixed vegetables
I always add corn, peas, lama, and green beans. The longer it simmers the better it is....all day is good.
You must add the bone to the broth so the flavor will come from the morrow.

Remember to cook slow and on medium heat also all the vegetables so they cook evenly, This is one of my youngest sons' favorite things

Serve this with grilled cheese and have a wonderful time.... Oh, leave the soup on the stove until late because they will eat it all night instead of candy and pop.
