1 Tbsp unflavored gelatin (1 pkg. knox)
2 Tbsp water
1 cup sugar
2 cup sparking wine
1 pound small red and green grapes,
( fresh cherries are very good too)
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Cognac or vanilla extract



Directions:
Directions:
Stir gelatin in water and set aside to soften.
Put sugar and 1 cup wine in saucepan and dissolve sugar. Do not boil. Remove from the heat and whisk in the gelatin until dissolved and let cool to room temp and add rest of wine.
Arrange grapes in 6 ramekins or tea cups. Pour over the wine mixture. Chill to set.
Whip cream and sugar to soft peaks, add flavoring, and top cups before serving.
Double recipe is one bottle of sparkling wine.
Can use sparkling cider.
