16 spears asparagus
1 large yellow pepper
8 ounce cream cheese
2 Tbsp milk
1 -2 tsp brown mustard
2 tsp. snipped fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp. dried
(or use basil & thyme)
4 8" tortillas (Spinach tortillas are pretty)
6 ounce ham or smoked turkey, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave asparagus about 1 minute on a paper towel, until tender crisp.
Cut pepper into thin strips.
Beat cream cheese, milk, mustard and herbs with mixer.
Stir meat in to cream cheese mixture.
Assemble:
Spread 1/4 of mixture on each tortilla.
Lay 4 asparagus and several strips of pepper on.
Roll up tortilla and wrap each in plastic wrap and chill up to 12 hours.
Cut in 1" slices.
