2 c. corn/aprepa flour
2 c. lukewarm water
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve salt in water. Add water to flour and stir. Work through with your hands. Form into small balls. Flatten the balls until they are thin and ready to cook. Cook on a buttered skillet for about 2 minutes. Turn and cook on the other side 30-60 seconds.
