1 pkg baby spinach
1 can beets -- drained
1 can mandarin orange -- drained
feta cheese
Vidalia onion slices or green onion slices
pecans
sugar, lemon pepper & pepper
raspberry vinaigrette
Vidalia onion dressing or
poppy seed dressing
Directions:
Directions:
Layer in dish about 2 to 3" deep:
spinach
sprinkle with sugar
cut beet slices into strips and put on spinach
scatter with oranges
sprinkle with lemon pepper and pepper
now put on cheese, onions and pecans.
Cover and refrig until ready to serve.

Just before serving drizzle some of both dressings over the salad.
