Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c. white flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. margarine or butter
-----
2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
4 tbsp. flour
6-8 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first two ingredients and cut in the butter or margarine (like for pie dough). Press into bottom of
greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake this crust at 350º for
20 minutes or until golden. Meanwhile, combine
the second group of ingredients and pour into the
baked crust. Bake 25 minutes more. Sprinkle
immediately with powdered sugar after baking.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I prefer the 8 tbsp of lemon juice to increase the
flavor and watch carefully not to overcook this bar:
it can be slightly soft when it is taken out of the
oven.
