2 cans 14/half oz. diced tomatoes with zesty, mild green chilies
1/2 cup salsa
1 can re fried beans
12 uncooked lasagna noodles
1/2 c. green onions
1/2 c. cilantro
4-6 c. uncooked chicken
1/2 c. sour cream
12 0z. bag shredded colby, Monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup sliced black olives

Directions:

Spay 15X12 inch sheet of foil and 13X9 inch baking dish. In large bowel mix tomatoes, salsa, and chicken. In medium bowel mix re fried beans and sour cream. Spread about 1/4 chicken mix in bottom of baking dish. Top with 4 uncooked noodles. Spread with 1/2 of bean mixture and about 1/4 chicken mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and half of the onions and olives. Repeat noodles, beans, chicken, and cheese layers. Top with remaining noodles, chicken, onions, olives, and cheese. Be sure top of noodles are completely covered with chicken layer. Cover with foil. Refrigerate over night or for at least 8 hours. Heat oven to 350º Bake covered for 50 min. Uncover and bake 18 to 22 more minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
