4 large whole chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Fresh mushrooms (optional)
1 cup sour cream
Red cooking sherry
Paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in a buttered flat casserole dish.
Combine soup, mushrooms, sour cream and cooking sherry to taste and pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350º for 45 min. Check for doneness. Sauce should be bubbling when ready.
