1/2+ tsp. salt
1/2+ tsp. black pepper
3 lb. beef roast
4-5 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1 16-oz. jar sliced pepperoncinis (mild), undrained
Crusty sandwich rolls (for sandwiches)
Sliced provolone cheese (for sandwiches)

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in slow cooker. Add the minced garlic, entire jar of pepperoncinis, salt and pepper to your liking. Cook on low 8-10 hours or until beef is fork tender. Slice the rolls and spread with mayonnaise and then top with shredded beef. Add a slice of provolone and place under the broiler for 1-3 minutes until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
