2 egg whites
1 C. brown sugar
1 lb. whole pecans

Preheat over to 250
Beat eggs until fluffy, add brown sugar and mix well, stir in pecans. Drop spoonfuls on cookie sheet and cook 10 minutes. turn over and cook 10 minutes. repeat this 2 more times.
