6# cucumbers
3 qts. water
3 c vinegar
3/4 c pickling salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, vinegar, and salt to a boil. Put cukes in clean, hot jars; pour liquid over. Add dill and garlic on top. Seal. Water bath 15 minutes.

This is such a simple recipe. We do not weigh cukes, but just keep mixing up the brine for as long as we have cukes left.
