1 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1/4 nutmeg or cinnamon
1/4 c. melted butter
2/3 c. milk
Cake:
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Topping:
1. Sprinkle cut rhubarb into greased 10" heavy skillet.
2. Combine sugar, flour, seasonings.
3. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Drizzle melted butter.
Cake:
1. Combine batter ingredients, dry into wet.
2. Cream all until smooth.
3. Spread over rhubarb mixture
4. Bake at 350º for 35 min.
5. Invert after cooking.
