1 pound of ground beef
3/4 cup diced onion
3/4 cup diced celery
3/4 cup diced green pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
2 10 oz cans tomato puree
1 15 oz can kidney beans (with liquid)
1 15 oz can kidney beans (drained)
1 15 oz cannellini beans (with liquid)
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp dried basil3/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce

Directions:
1. place beef in a skillet over medium heat and cook until brown. drain grease
2. place beef in slow cooker and mix in onion, celery, green pepper, garlic, tomato puree, kidney beans, and cannellini. season with chili powder, parsley, salt, basil, oregano, pepper, and pepper sauce.
3. cook and cover 8 hours on low.
