Ingredients:	Ingredients: Crust: 3 c. flour 1 c. oil 1/2 tsp. salt 4 T. sugar 4 T. milk Topping: 1 c. sugar 4 T. white Karo syrup 3 oz. pkg. peach jello 6 T. cornstarch 2 c. water 1 tsp. lemon juice 10 fresh peaches diced (cover with orange juice while dicing)

Directions:	Directions: Combine crust ingredients with mixer. Pat in 9x13" baking pan. Bake at 400º for 15-20 minutes. Cool. Combine sugar, cornstarch, syrup and water. Boil until thick and clear. Remove from heat and stir in dry jello and lemon juice. Cool to lukewarm then add peaches. Pour onto crust. Chill. Serve with whipped cream (Cool Whip©).
