1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl of a stand mixer, beat the milk, sugar, and vanilla together. When completely mixed together, with buttered hands, form into 1-" thick rolls. Roll into the chopped nuts until each log is totally covered. (Think Stuckey's Pecan Log Rolls.) Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Slice in 1/4" - 1/2" slices for serving.

This uncooked fondant candy recipe came from Opal (Poe) Miller. Tastes like the pecan log rolls from the Stuckey's interstate travel stores. She used to make them at Christmas time.
