2 c. sugar Filling:
1 c. oil 8 oz. cr. cheese (softened)
2 eggs 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg
1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. cocoa
3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk (reg. milk with 1 Tbsp. vinegar)
1 1/2 c. hot water
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and buttermilk. Add the hot water last. Spread on greased cookie sheet. In a separate bowl make the cream cheese mixture. Drop by spoonfuls on top of the chocolate mixture. Pull a knife through the mixture to make the swirls. Bake at 350º for 18-20 minutes.
