24 oz bulk sausage
(suggestion 1/2 regular sausage & 1/2 hot)
4 oz (1 c.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
3 eggs -- well beaten
1 Tbsp dried parsley flake
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1 tsp garlic powder
1 pkg frozen puff pastry sheets
1/2 c Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp honey

Heat oven 350*
Brown sausage, drain & cool slightly.

Directions:

Add cheese, eggs (reserve 2 Tbsp.) and seasonings.

Roll our 1 sheet pastry to 12 x 7" rectangle.

Place 1/2 sausage mixture along one side of rectangle. Bring sides together by rolling and pinch ends tightly.

Repeat with remaining pastry and sausage.

Place on cookie sheet and form semi-circle.

Brush tops with reserved egg

Bake 350 * 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown

Slice to serve with honey/mustard.

Combine honey and mustard for dip OR use honey mustard.
