1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/4 t. vanilla
1/2 t. baking powder
1 c. raisins
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Add sugar and cool. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together flour and baking powder and add to butter mixture. Fold in raisins and bake in a greased and floured 8x8 pan at 350º.
Top with slightly sweetened whipping cream.
