Directions:
Ok- take your normal size London broil and lay it out on a large piece of saran wrap. Then place your mushrooms sliced up (not to small) on top and around the meat. Spread a can of mushroom soup over and around the meat and mushrooms. Season it with what you like etc. wrap the meat tightly in the Saran wrap then do it again so it is sealed tight! Then take foil and wrap it a couple of times so it is tight too! Place it in the oven at 250 to 275 º. you may have to play with it to get it right with your stove. Cook it for 2- 3 hours till nice and tender. I check the temp of meat to get it right. You should not smell a thing cooking or you got a leak! Of course you will get a smell after you stick it to see the temp. Take scissors and cut it open and hopefully it is good!!
