2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. soft butter
2 c. sifted flour
1 t. salt
dash of garlic
Directions:
Directions:
Cream cheese and butter. Add flour, salt and mix until dough is smooth and blended. Shape dough into rolls about 1" in diameter. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Slice the dough into thin rounds. Place on ungreased baking sheet 1" apart. Bake at 350º for 12 - 15 minutes.
