1 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1 - 8 oz. tub Cool Whip, thawed
1/3 c. sugar
1 Keebler Graham Cracker pie shell

Beat sugar and cream cheese well with electric mixer or by hand with a wire whisk. Blend well. Stir in Cool Whip. Spread the mixture into the pie crust and refrigerate for three hours.
