Ingredients:  
1/4 c. butter or 3Tbs. olive oil
1/2 onion, diced
2 tsp. diced garlic
3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
3 c. thinly sliced yellow squash
4-6 roma tomatoes, chopped
6 diagonally sliced polish sausages
16 oz. penne pasta, prepared
1 1/2 c. shredded mozerella cheese, or itailan cheese mix
1/2 - 1 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet combine butter onion and garlic; saute. Add squash and cook until tender, adding tomatoes just long enough to heat through.
In a separate smaller skillet heat thoroughly the diagonally sliced sausage.
In a large pot combine squash mixture and sausage with pasta. Add cheeses and fold in. Serve immediately.
