1 large cabbage
1 lb. extra lean hamburger
½ lb. ground pork
1 cup Uncle Ben’s Rice
1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix
1 large jar V-8 juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut core out of cabbage. Cover with water and boil until the leaves fall apart (careful not to overcook). Mix meats, rice and soup together. Form into little footballs. Wrap with cabbage leaves and place in pan. Pour juice over all to cover. Cover with foil, being careful not to let cabbage or juice touch foil.
Bake at 350º F for 2 hours.
