1 can cream of chicken soup
½ cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp.. lemon juice
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 small onion, chopped
¼ green pepper, chopped
¼ cup sweet red pepper, chopped
1 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
12 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth. Add the chicken, onion, peppers, ½ cup of Monterey jack cheese and ½ cup of cheddar cheese; mix well. Add noodles and toss to coat. Transfer to greased 3 qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake 10 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender and cheese is melted.
