8 slices white bread
1 T. butter, softened
1 c. shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese
4 eggs
2 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.

Cut a hole in center of 4 bread slices using 1½-inch cookie cutter or rim of a glass.

Spread butter over one side of remaining bread slices. Place, butter side down, in 13x9 greased baking dish.

Top with half of the cheese, then bread slices with holes in center. Break 1 egg into each hole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon.

Bake 10 mins or until cheese is melted and eggs are set.
