2 c. (1 can) garbanzo beans
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice or lime
1/4 c. Sesame Tahini
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 - 1 tsp. salt
1/2 - 1 tsp. cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in the blender until completely blended. (Cumin and salt amounts to taste) Serve with vegetables, crackers or tortillas. Also great in wraps.

* The sesame tahini is found in the health food section near the peanut butter.
