4 c. water
4 T. yeast
2/3 c. oil
2/3 c. honey
1 c. old fashioned quick oats
1 t. salt
*(3 tsp. lecithin granules optional)
*if lecithin is used decrease oil to 1/2 c.
9-11 c . flour

Directions:
Directions:
Knead 10 minutes. Put in oiled bowl and let rise until doubled in size. Cut into 4 pieces - roll out to make 4 regular bread pan size loaves. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
