For Meatballs -
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
2 T. finely chopped onion
1 t. salt
1/2 t. worchestershire sauce
1 egg

For Sauce -
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 T. cornstarch
1 can (13 1/2 oz.) pineapple chunks
1/3 cup vinegar
1 T. soy sauce
1 small green pepper, coarsely chopped
1 t. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meatballs ingredients. Shape into twenty 1 1/2 inch balls. Cook meatballs in skillet over medium heat, turning occasionally until brown, about 20 minutes. Remove and drain fat from skillet. In saucepan, mix brown sugar, and cornstarch with pineapple syrup, vinegar, ginger and soy sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat. Add pineapple and meatballs. Cover, simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Stir in green pepper. Cover. Simmer until crisp-tender, 5 minutes.
