1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening or butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk the dry ingredients together and then
combine with the wet ingredients. Form the batter into balls. Roll the balls into white sugar. Set
them on a greased cookie sheet and then press
each down with a fork. Bake at 375º for 10-12
minutes.
