2 Granny Smith apples, chopped small
1 c. strawberries, sliced
1 kiwi, peeled & chopped
1 orange, chopped
2 T. packed brown sugar
2 T. jam/jelly of your choice
4 7inch flour tortillas
1 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
For cinnamon chips: Spray or brush a small amount of water on tortillas. Combine cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle over tortillas. Cut tortillas into 8 wedges with a pizza cutter. Place in single layer on baking stone or sheet; bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Remove and cool completely.

For salsa: Mix apples, strawberries, and kiwi. Zest orange and juice. Add orange zest, juice, brown sugar, & jelly; add to chopped fruit mixture. Mix gently. Serve cold with prepared cinnamon chips
