2# filleted halibut
1 1/2 c. sour cream (may substitute yogurt)
2/3 c. mayo
1 small onion chopped
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp thyme
2 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cut raw fillets in serving size pieces. Roll halibut fillets in bread crumbs and place in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.Mix together sour cream, mayo, onion, and seasonings. Pour mixture over fillets. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes or until done depending on thickness and size of fillets.
