Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Pizza crust for an 11 x 15 inch baking sheet.
3/4# Italian sausage cut into 1/4-inch slices
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed between fingers
10 oz. chopped broccoli, thawed and squeezed dry
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 # sliced pepperoni
7 oz whole pimientos, optional
12 very large stuffed green olives, sliced in halves lengthwise

Directions:
Directions:
While dough is rising, cook sausage in a skillet until well browned. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut off portion of the dough, roll out into a rectangle measuring 14 x 10 inches. Gently ease dough into a greased 8 1/2 inch loaf pan. Trim dough extending over the edge to 1/2 inch.
Layer some cheese in the bottom of the pan. Top with two layers of sausage slices, cut sides up. Spoon tomato sauce over sausage and sprinkle with oregano. Lay whole pimiento over broccoli mixture and cover with remaining cheese. Arrange pepperoni slices over cheese and top with three rows of olives, cut sides down. Roll out the remailing dough, place on the top and crimp the edges. The recipe does not say how long to bake it, but until the dough is golden brown ~ I'm guessing around 30 minutes.

Personal Notes:
We always made this recipe in a 9x13 and doubled the ingredients. Also used black olives and never used the pimientos! Enjoy!
