1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
2c. oats
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. white chocolate chips
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. craisins

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes in a greased 9x13 pan. Be careful not to over bake or they are dry and not as chewy!

The original recipe called for raisins, I substitute craisins for those. Also, you can add toffee bits, walnuts, peanut butter chips, or whatever your family enjoys.
