1 1/4 c. white flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
1 egg
1 - 1 1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk the dry ingredients together and then add
the wet ingredients gently. Do not beat until
smooth. Slightly lumpy batter makes lighter
pancakes. Then, pour 1/4 c. of batter into a hot,
greased skillet and let cook until bubbles form
across the top of the pancake. Turn the pancake
over and let the other side brown. Take out of the
skillet and serve with butter and syrup or with
toppings of your choice.
