1 qt. cooked butternut squash
2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
5 eggs
1 lg. can evaporated milk
dash of salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 9 in. deep dish pie crusts

See personal note for cooking squash. Stir the flour into sugar. Stir the rest of the ingredients together and pour into the pie crusts. Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

How to cook squash: Cut the squash in half and remove seeds. Place in baking dish skin side up in about 1 in. water. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until tender. Remove from oven and scrape out cooked squash pulp from skin. The pulp is now ready to add to recipe.
