3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. canned pears, chopped
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Stir dry ingredients into wet JUST until dry are moistened. Fold in pears and nuts.
Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes (for muffins) or 1 hour (for coffeecake).
