2 c. navy beans
3 qts. water
½ c. beef flavor base
1 ½ c. chopped onions
2 ¼ c. chopped carrots
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. diced potatoes
½ tsp. garlic salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
4 tsp. salt (or Adobo!!)
½ tsp. ground rosemary
¼ pound dry macaroni
1 pint chopped canned tomatoes

Directions:
Soak the navy beans in water overnight and cook the next day or pressure cook them the day of the meal. Heat water and beef base and add onions, carrots, celery, potatoes and seasonings. In a separate pot boil til al dente macaroni noodles. When beans have finished cooking, add to soup. Add more water to soup as needed. Before serving, add noodles and tomatoes. This recipe makes 1 gallon. Enjoy!
