1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 can (29 oz.) Libby's pumpkin
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 cans (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
5 large eggs
2 –10 in unbaked deep dish pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sugar , salt, ginger, cinnamon and cloves in a small bowl.
2. Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Stir in the pumpkin and the sugar spice mixture. Gradually stir in the milk.
3. Pour into the pie shells. Bake in oven for 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce the temp to 350 degrees and bake for another 40- 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
