1 can evaporated milk, chilled overnight
1 pkg lemon jello
20 graham crackers crushed into small crumbs
11 oz. cream cheese
1 c. boiling water
1/4 lb. oleo, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine hot water and jello and chill till slightly jellied.
2. Beat milk stiff until it stands in peaks.
3. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted oleo and spread into a 9x13 dish, Save 1/3 c. crumbs for sprinkling on top of cheesecake. Put dish in refrigerator to chill.
4. Cream the 11 oz. of cream cheese with sugar and lemon juice, beat well, then add vanilla and beat again.
5. Add the slightly chilled jello to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
5. Fold the whipped milk and jello cream cheese together. Pour into chilled graham cracker crust, sprinkle with remaining graham cracker crumbs and put 1 maraschino cherry on top each serving, refrigerate overnight before serving.
