Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 tsp. vanilla extract
1 lb. butter
3 lb. bag powdered sugar (add more if needed)
2 lbs peanut butter
1/3 lb. of paraffin wax
18-20oz semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter and add vanilla, powdered sugar, and peanut butter, making sure that you blend it well.
2. Melt wax in a double boiler, add the chocolate bits and melt, mix well, set aside but keep it melted.
3. Using about a tsp. at a time, shape the peanut mixture into balls about 3/4-1 inch in size. Lay on a cookie sheet.
4. Using a round toothpick, pierce each ball, then place in the refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour.
5. Using the toothpick as a handle, dip each ball in the chocolate mixture to coat, being careful not to immerse it all. Leave a small area around the toothpick uncovered to resemble a buckeye.
6. Place the balls on wax paper. When the chocolate is hardened, remove the toothpick and gently pinch to close the hole left by the pick.
