PIE CRUSTS:
1. Mix all ingredients together then divide into 2 balls.
Place one of the balls between 2 pieces of wax paper and using a rolling pin, roll it out to about 2" bigger than whatever pie plate you are using.
2. Take top wax paper off and turn crust over top of the pie plate with the wax paper on top. Remove wax paper. Fill with the apple mixture, then put about 2 T. of oleo cut into slices on top of the apple mixture. Roll out the other ball of crust, putting it on top of the apple mixture.
3. Pinch the edges of the crust together removing any excess crust. Cut slits in the top crust for vents.

APPLE PIE FILLING:
1. Mix all the ingredients together and place in pie crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce oven temp to 350 degrees and bake for 35-45 min or until browned and apples are tender.
