2 c. granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4-5 c. finely chopped apples
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
12 oz. bag chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together except for the chocolate chips.
2. Do not grease pan. Pour batter into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Toss chocolate chips on top of batter.
3. Bake 1 - 1 1/4 hours in 325º
