2 T vegetable oil
1/2 tsp sugar
1 large T sazon seasoning
1 chicken bouillon cube, crumpled
4 pieces of skinned bone-in chicken
1/2 T tomato paste
1/2 tsp cumon
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 half tsp Kosher salt

In Dutch oven, heat over medium-high heat the oil and sugar, add sazon and bouillon and cook until sugar browns
Add chicken and move them around until all sides or brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
Stir in tomato past, cumin, salt and chili powder. Make sure that every ingredient is blended in.
Add water to cover chicken, bring to a boil, check sauce for salt and cook the chicken stirring occasionally until tender, 45 to 60 minutes.

Note: When tasting sauce for salt, go lightly on salt. As water evaporates saltiness intensifies.
